Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ARABCO PROJECTS d.o.o., Lanište 22, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 23093305078, Company registration number (MB): 04182251 (hereinafter: the Seller) and customers (hereinafter: the Customer) in relation to the purchase of products through the CharmBag online store.

By purchasing through the online store, the Customer confirms that they are familiar with these Terms and Conditions and fully accept them.

2. Products

CharmBag sells fashion accessories and related products through the online store. Product photos are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual appearance of the product (color, texture, details).

3. Prices

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Payment Methods

The Customer may pay for products using the available online payment methods within the webshop.

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out exclusively within the Republic of Croatia.
Shipping carriers: GLS and DPD.
Delivery timeframe: 3–5 business days from receipt of payment.
Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are clearly indicated before completing the purchase.

6. Liability

The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure or errors by delivery service providers.
