Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains the terms, prices, and delivery timeframes for orders placed in our Charmbag online store. We ship within Croatia as well as to all countries of the European Union, with clearly stated shipping costs and estimated delivery times.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed (prepared and packed) within 1–2 business days from the time the order is received. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. After processing, the order is handed over to the delivery service, and you will receive a notification with a tracking number.

Shipping Within Croatia

For addresses within the Republic of Croatia, shipping is handled via the courier service DPD. The estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days after the order has been handed over to the courier (excluding processing time).

Shipping cost within Croatia: Shipping costs for orders within Croatia are paid by the customer and will be clearly shown during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD): For customers in Croatia, the Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available (payment in cash upon delivery). This service allows you to pay the order amount to the courier at the time of delivery. COD is available only for deliveries within Croatia. For international orders, payment must be made in advance using the available online payment methods.

Shipping Within the European Union

We ship products to all EU countries. Shipping is also provided via DPD, using their international delivery network and partner carriers for specific destinations. Deliveries within the EU are not subject to additional customs duties or import fees (Croatia is an EU member state, so goods are shipped within the EU single market).

For clarity, shipping destinations are divided into zones with the corresponding shipping costs and estimated transit times (business days):

  • Zone 1 (Slovenia, Hungary, Poland): €5 shipping, 1–2 business days

  • Zone 2 (Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia, Austria, Bulgaria, Romania): €7 shipping, 2–3 business days

  • Zone 3 (Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal): €10 shipping, 3–5 business days

  • Zone 4 (Estonia, Sweden, Greece): €12 shipping, 5–6 business days

  • Zone 5 (Finland): €17 shipping, 6–8 business days

Note: All delivery times are estimates in business days. Weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., adverse weather) may extend delivery times. We will always do our best to deliver within the stated timeframes and will notify you in case of unexpected delays.

Tracking and Notifications

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming dispatch. The email will include a tracking number, which you can use to track your package on the DPD website or through their notifications.

Additional Information

Taxes and customs: All product prices include VAT (Value Added Tax). For deliveries within the EU, there are no additional customs charges. Customers outside the EU (we currently do not ship outside the EU) may be subject to customs duties and taxes in their country; however, this does not apply to deliveries within the EU.

Incorrect address: Please enter your shipping address carefully. If a customer provides an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, we can reship the order to the correct address, but additional shipping costs may apply.

Delays: Charmbag is not responsible for delivery delays caused by extraordinary circumstances (force majeure) or actions of the courier service beyond our control. However, if a shipping issue occurs, we will do everything reasonably possible to help locate the shipment and ensure successful delivery. This Shipping Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
